Lisa Lu is responsible for managing the daily executive office functions of our association clients. Her ability to concentrate on program planning and execution, as well as marketing and website operations, while remaining focused on wider strategic goals, makes her a crucial team member. In addition to her daily duties, Lisa works collaboratively with the association team to develop policies and implement operational procedures that enable the associations to function efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining RRR, Lisa traveled to Shanghai, PRC, where she was employed as a teacher at an elite bilingual school and was named a “Valuable Teacher.” She took advantage of her time abroad to learn about the diverse cultures of Southeast Asia and Oceania. Her experience also includes interning at the Borough of Oradell (NJ), where she was responsible for projects involving policy development and grant writing. She also interned at The Legal Project: Capital District Women's Bar Association, where she researched and prepared case summaries and was responsible for data organization.
Lisa is currently enrolled in NYU's Meeting and Conference Management certification program to advance her association management skills.
