Shari Caloz manages the business of Robin Rolfe Resources and collaborates on client projects, where her organizational and technical skills are often key aspects for implementation. Her expertise includes office administration and IT operations, human resources management, public relations and event coordination. She works with the consulting and association teams.

Shari’s previous experience includes managing the office of an international manufacturing company and as librarian in a large advertising agency. In addition, for many years she has held leadership positions in volunteer organizations enhancing her professional experience and developing her capabilities in adult leadership training, organizational development, fundraising and public speaking.
