Associate and Partner Development

The Associate Development Program (ADP) is our flagship program for associate training. It includes a comprehensive introduction to law firm practice, such as firm structure, basic economics, how to develop business, managing client relations and professionalism. If you have a talented associate pool and want them to learn the principles of the business of law and teamwork that were not part of their law school education, we will deliver a substantive program  to give them practical knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the legal business (see curriculum).
