Susan Cohen DeStefano's eclectic professional experience and ability to comprehend and organize voluminous amounts of diverse information have made her a natural as our knowledge management specialist. She is responsible for multiple databases and for reviewing, analyzing and categorizing materials for RRR's research files. In addition, Susan conducts extensive Internet and other research for client projects and ensures that we are well informed on legal industry developments, as well as business, planning and marketing trends. She also leads the implementation process of RRR's custom designed 1:1 client marketing projects.

Prior to joining RRR, Susan spent ten years practicing labor/employee relations law with the federal government and in the healthcare field.
